We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, time management abilities, and strong interpersonal qualities. While experience in sales, particularly in FMCG or dairy products, is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in local languages such as Nepali and Tharu is essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Representative will promote and sell our dairy products to retailers, distributors, and end-customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. They will identify and acquire new customers or outlets, conduct regular market visits to enhance brand visibility, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. The role involves resolving customer issues professionally, maintaining accurate daily sales reports, and providing insights on market trends and competitor activities. They will also support local marketing initiatives, distribute promotional materials, ensure timely payment collections, and collaborate closely with the supply chain and delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
